Click to View LargeMandavi Empire is proposed to be located on Udupi - Manipal main road, opposite to MGM College, an illustrious educational institution.

Mandavi Empire is at a prime location because of the easy accessibility to Udupi as well as Manipal. The Udupi Railway station is also very nearby.

The project offers 12 apartments with optimum utilization of light natural ventilation and space. Adhering strictly to legal, municipal formalities, the building covers only 45% of the site.
