Mandavi Presidency is proposed to be located at Kinnimulky near the entrance to Udupi Temple Town in a peaceful residential area. The great advantage of living at Mandavi Presidency is its close proximity to the Shopping Places, Schools and all places of necessity for day-to-day activities.

The project offers 32 apartments with optimum utilization of light natural ventilation and space. Adhering strictly to legal, muncipal formalities, the building covers only 45% of the site. Bath Rooms: Superior quality ceramic anti skid tiles for flooring & best quality glazed tile dado upto 7' height for walls. Plumbing fixtures of ISI Standards.

Doors & Windows: Best quality wooden carved shutters & door frames for main doors & best quality wooden frames & flush shutters for rest of the doors. Heavy duty powder coated aluminum windows with M.S. safety grills.

Electrical/Plumbing: Electrical wiring using best quality wires in concealed conduits. Switches & sockets of standard brands. Provision for split A.C. in halls & bedrooms. Telephone, computer, cable points in living & master bed rooms. Provision for geysers in all bath-cum-toilets. Astral 'c' PVC pipes for hot water & cold water lines to eliminate scaling of pipes. All materials used will be of ISI standards.

Power: Each Two bed room flat will be provided with 5 KV power & each three bed room flat will be provided with 7 KV power. MESCOM with in house T.C, auxiliary power for general lighting lift, pumps & all lighting points of flats.

Water: Municipal supply supplemented with auxiliary borewell & open well.
Lifts: Eight passenger deluxe lift with voice enunciator, infra red screen V3F drive for power saving .

Parking: Covered car park for all flat owners on stilt floor.

Common Areas: Vitrified tiled flooring.
